ANTOINE DEL SERRA – Managing Director, Advisory and Placement

Antoine is a Managing Director of EPE’s Advisory & Placement business. Antoine has over 15 years Mergers & Acquisitions experience advising both corporates and private equity houses in acquisitions, disposals and capital raisings. During a career at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Global Leisure Partners, Antoine built up extensive sector expertise of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector including Food & Beverages, Household & Personal Care and Retail in both Western and Emerging markets. Antoine graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA).
